We put our products through rigorous performance tests throughout their production cycle before they reach our customers. Knowing to expect the unexpected, we ensure our customer’s satisfaction with a standard and extended warranty.
Standard warranty
One year limited warranty on LOGICO™ LLC Products.
Extended warranty
25-Year limited warranty on LOGICO™ LLC Products, upon registration for extended warranty.
Standard and Extended Warranty Terms/Conditions
LOGICO™ LLC guarantees that all Products are free of production defects and will honor warranty claims except where:
(1) Product has been altered in such way as to affect the Product.
(2) Product has been subject to negligence by Buyer.
(3) Product has not been used in accordance with normal practices and/or the recommendations published by LLC.
NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTS. Buyer shall notify LOGICO™ LLC in writing within 30 days of discovering a defect. Failure to do so, will disqualify the Product from its warranty.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS. Upon receiving notice of defective Product,LLC will require that Product be returned to LOGICO™ LLC’s location to inspect, replace or refund the purchase price. This is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and this will be the full extent of LOGICO™ LLC’s liability for Product warranty.
Both LOGICO™ LLC & the Buyer agree that this warranty and all legal action between each other shall be construed under and governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue shall be exclusively in San Diego County.
